- want to have fun exercising and not to quit after the second workout
- want to keep track of their progress and finally start working out on a regular basis
- want to and are able to set aside at least a few minutes a day to exercise without sacrificing their efficiency
- dont like ads (thats right, there are no in-app advertisements! Seriously, none at all - just exercises!)

- no exercise machines or equipment
- you can plan your workouts and track your progress
- 10 manually crafted workouts
- you can create your own workouts
- a great selection of fun music that will make exercising a blast!
- saves information to the Health app

Integration with Apple Health app:
Apple Health data can be synchronized with the app – burned calories can be sent to Health app.

Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:
– Subscription with a free trial period will be automatically renewed to a paid subscription
– Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
– Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
– Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost depends on the selected plan
– Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
– Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription

Types of subscription plans:
– 1-week subscription
– 3-month subscription
– 1-year subscription

Great app nothing bad about it ....... Get this app ❗️❗️
Lov! Lov! Lov! this, it allows me to do an exercise program. Im not able to do running and jumping so I can pick the exercises I can do and have fun doing them!
Im a 66 year old woman with balance problems, overweight, poor endurance, etc. and I find that the 7 minute work outs great!!! I can customize different segments of 7 minutes and change the intensity...and as Ive gotten stronger, I just string my different custom workouts together. Its not even really necessary to upgrade if you dont want to either...the basic workout is fun too! I wouldnt recommend it for a younger or really in-shape person..its not THAT high of intensity..but for me..being older...this is absolutely perfect!!!
This is a good app for anyone who wants to work out but dont have a whole lot of time on their hands. I understand that people have to make a living somehow, but by judging how many reviews there are, I think youd do better if you didnt charge for the custom workouts or the workouts designed to build-up certain areas of your body (like abs) . Its fun and the lazy monster is super cute, though!
It is a great app that I use to fill in the gaps. When I dont fell like my evening workout, I use this app to catch up the slack. I would love to see a few additions.
This app is great for everyone! Its not the best out there but it is definitely a fun way to get a quick workout in. The orange monster is adorable and my sister loves doing the exercises with me. Perfect for us lazy people

Some bad moments

I hate when apps in the App Store are free but once u get it you have to pay for the full app! Unless your paying for literally everything you only get 10 silly easy workouts! Even to change the monster you have to pay!the app maker is money hungry!!!

This is an AWESOME app!! Even my kids enjoy watching the monster while I exercise!!
Just the right amount for a break at work, wake up warm up, anytime!
I love to work out but sadly my 1year old loves to "help" me work out. Usually this means hanging off my legs & dancing under my feet. With this app he pays more attention to the cute dancing monster then me!
Its cool I really like the monster. I looked at a lot of other 7 minute work out apps their all the same boring....Monsters all the way!
