Good for me!!!
Im a 66 year old woman with balance problems, overweight, poor endurance, etc. and I find that the 7 minute work outs great!!! I can customize different segments of 7 minutes and change the intensity...and as Ive gotten stronger, I just string my different custom workouts together. Its not even really necessary to upgrade if you dont want to either...the basic workout is fun too! I wouldnt recommend it for a younger or really in-shape person..its not THAT high of intensity..but for me..being older...this is absolutely perfect!!!
